I am an IT executive. Most recently, I was Vice President of Information Technology at Paylocity. In this position, I was responsible for management of all aspects of all the technology infrastructure, telecommunications, desktop support, internal applications, production support, corporate network, data security and business continuity. My strategic agenda included aligning the Information Technology department with the company's overall vision, business plans, goals, and objectives.

Prior to joining Paylocity, I spent 19 years at AonHewitt. I began my career as an application developer and spent several years as a developer before transitioning into application support and Infrastructure management. My last role with AonHewitt was as the Director of Service Assurance, where I was responsible for enterprise disaster recovery, corporate monitoring, enterprise capacity planning, and the global network operations center.

I received both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.
